Will they be forgotten?

Heroes

Those with wings but never fly!
Dressed in armor, still they die!
Bringers of rain while their throats are dry.
Unseen. Unspoken but did you ever ask why?
Once gone would anyone cry?
Would you remember the name, would you even try?

the cause, I agree brilliantly done- the rhyme form is and wording strikes a noticable understanding. if i may really look for a critique, i
merely boiled down what you've written and corrected a slight timing issue
