Broken wings II (never see the sun)

Broken wings II (never see the sun)

A Poem by TamerQtaish
"

Much to used as a title, but everyone sees their broken wings different!

"

Broken wings II (never see the sun)

Broken wings from one to five

Things I want never come alive

Trapped in this jail of pain

I try to stay totally sane

Trapped in this hell of mine

I try to win some over time

As I cover my scars with a smile

As I buy one more day with one more lie

As I have too many dreams and they won't die

Touch the ground feel the dirt

Touch the sky feel the clouds

Never see the sun

Broken wings all the time

Things I want always die

Never bright never shine just a light

A forsaken slave from day to night

Like a soldier without a soul

Like a puppet without any control

As I cover my scars with a smile

As I buy one more day with one more lie

As I have too many dreams and they won't die

Touch the ground feel the dirt

Touch the sky feel the clouds

Never see the sun

Broken wings on my back

Things I want end up in the dark

Set me free let me go

Give me time let me grow

My jail made of an illusion of time

Still I try to make my self feel fine

As I cover my scars with a smile

As I buy one more day with one more lie

As I have too many dreams and they won't die

Touch the ground feel the dirt

Touch the sky feel the clouds

Never see the sun

O never see the sun

Always silver never gold

And all the things that I have sold

Take a bullet never shot a gun

And soon the light will be gone

Never see the sun

Never ever see… the sun

we were born to fly
indeed!
the wings we seek are only our hopes and dreams... and our way out of this hell call life!
i like this poem!

it would be stronger *to me* if the personal parts were not omited!
but as a opem... its great!
keep it up!

I read Broken wings, and Broken wings II, didnt you say you will write me Broken wings III, hope?
Man hope is all we hold on to, so do it sometime soon, But the truth is this is one of my fav, and you wanted to put it in a trash can, your first ever writen lyric remember!
I pulled it out of the trash read it and told you, man thats not bad at all, remember, it was "Tell me what you are"... see I dont forget, we sang it in the streets in and out like crazy people after that, good days brother, good days
