Illum nor babbe un tium de twa
For semme co Vam egYu eshu zamate

Rassau mor bunsre ghavelley fam duue
Essprette vor ghune au en de ge dun
Resse, Russa, sonnem du la
For chame ga slaneu vassee du sha

Wismedic cor tauren be spraken d'er vast
Los prebum bu daulen jeu eptte va cast
Somme, mulleme, bor nuval est zeme
Zus zorbie et humme cam vestten sullene

Featured Review

Alas … despite what my last name would suggest … sweet nothings murmured in German are lost on me. Something to do with Russia, I think, and then there are author notes speaking of a tree lost to the sea, but that is all I got. I would have to echo Jacob's sentiment that a translation would be wonderful. I suppose like the eternal it is to be felt not understood:)
