Return to Go

Return to Go

A Poem by Tam Warink
"

On perspective.

"
Return to Go

Go,
Experience a century of change.
Return.
Now, let us talk.

(What did you say your name was?)

definitely not the name i had before, i am a different person now...i have seen things, i have experienced things, and now i understand much more than i ever did.

if only we got to start over....like glen close said in "the natural"---
"i think we have two lives, the one we learn from and the one we live with after that"--

a highly perceptive poem...

Reminds me of my grandmother telling me about how life was back in her day, and my parents have started that too. Change is often experienced in retrospect very rarely a part of the present. The question is can you remember it all?
