the worth of a memory

the worth of a memory

A Poem by Ainigma
"

This is a memory from a great vacation in Munich.

"

Can you measure the worth of a hug?

The worth of a warm summers eve?

Or the worth of the lights and music that only at this moment fills the air?

I indulge myself to believe it is all for me.

I lock it all away in my treasure chest of memorize sealed with the smell of smock.

Now my hearts beats fast and strong

One day later when everything is slow

On a rainy falls day

I will recall it all

Like a photo album of kisses

To keep the cold lonely wind from my doorstep

Today I dream of only now.
