Without The Warnings Heeded

Without The Warnings Heeded

A Poem by Tai-San

Without The Warnings Heeded
A scholar is not needed,
To share some thoughts on lie.
It’s a push and a drive,
That makes us feel alive,
Without the warnings heeded.

All you need is a pen,
And some memories; old.
Your paper, your thoughts,
And a lyrical soul,
Without the warnings heeded.

There you have it at last.
The reason for this,
Our thoughts, our ideas,
Our moments, our bliss,
A passion, a drive,
We now feel alive.
We ignored the warnings heeded.

I have read your work and I really like this one. It reminds me of a place I go inside myself when I need to reorganize my outlook. It seems as though you varied from the more standard themes of your other work and really broke out with this one. For what its worth, my advice would be to let the place you found when you wrote this be your sanctuary and point of inspiration.
