Put Away Your Sorrows

Put Away Your Sorrows

A Poem by Tai-San

Put Away Your Sorrows
Put away your sorrows,
Time is here to spear.
It really isn’t hard,
To find people who care.

Grab a pen and some memories old,
Paper heart and a lyrical soul.
The pens your heart,
The paper your soul.
A window to the mind,
It makes us feel whole.

CHORUS
The lines and ideas come from within.
In the noise,
In the silence,
Out art will begin.

Now that we’ve done so,
We shall depart.
Making new friends,
Giving them our heart.

So farewell to you,
My brand new friend.
Take this song now,
For it’s ours to lend.
