Let me explain for those who have never read or heard of Fruits Basket. Its is an Anime/Manga by Natsuki Takaya (I like to call her Takaya Sensei) She has inspired me soooooo much. The Sohmas’ are cured with the vengeful spirits of the Chinese Zodiac. When they Are hugged by the opposite sex or under deep stress, they change into their animal. An outsider named Tohru Honda has learned this secret and promised on her mothers’ {Kyoko Honda} grave she wouldn’t even tell her best friends Hanajima Saki and Uotani.

     Now for the characters. Harutsuharu has a white side and a black side. Yuki has a very girly face and his own personal fan club, started by Motoko Minowgowa. Kyo is destined to beat the rat to find his true place in the zodiac. Ayame is Yuki (also known as Yun Yun) and Mais’ Older brother who is a boy who runs a landre shop. Momiji is someone my mother calls “really fruity”. He dresses up in girls’ clothing and even paints his nails! And now for my OC (own character) herself, Mai Sohma isn’t part of the actual book, and I was bored (bear with me!!!), but she change into a bear cub. She is Yukis’ twin sister and is very hurt inside from a dark past, along with Yuki. Just being let go from a dark room she has been in for ten years straight, she is still trying not to be afraid of the world and learn its advantages. Lets get started! J
