a blooming rose

a blooming rose

A Poem by tafara nyamhingura

She is a rose that still has to bloom;
When she finally does bloom she will
bring to the world a light;
A light brighter than the sun;
She will be the bright light will lead him
to greatness.

She is the late bloomer, the shining fate;
The one with a righteous is the only one
to understand her very existence;
She is no saint but manknind's creation;
A rose so red with thorns as sharp as lighting.

I really like this. It has a rich power to it. A mini dark fairy tale. Thanks.
