I always like to read the lyrics before I listen to a song, I don't know I guess I'm weird like that. There's a great flow and I can almost sense the body landuage. This is a really good piece!

Reading this is so sad! I like the way that you're using the image of the eyes as a motto for honesty. It seems like this relationship has broken to the point where words are said but the lack of eye contact makes them just that, words alone. The 'silence is your new best friend' line works so well to describe the fact that this is a relationship that has ended for one person but he/she can't bear to let the other know. It's horribly tragic when that happens. Great work and a really emotive choice of subject well executed.
