PrometheusA Poem by ChrisA message to Zeus from his successor— dearly.
This is my love
This is my life This is my fire Sent from the heavens Come now vulture! Tear out my mortality! Make a God More than a king That is master to none He thinks I am chained Yet my soul flickers free In the hands of humanity Cherished as life Let lightning strike this peak So his failure can be illuminated Electrified and alive I am Prometheus! Servant only to the hearth!
