My Mistake

Every time I'm with you I'm a better me you came into my life and changed it completely, what would i do without you that's what i asked myself everyday, if you only knew how much I've prayed for you to stay

Love came and knocked me down

and you picked me up

If you only knew how long I've been waiting to reach the top

It was love at first sight

after that day

we talked almost every night and he was willing to stay

he never made one mistake

he was perfect, well to me

this was a great chance i had taken

when i was with him i could just be me

I guess i got fed up of all his perfection and let him go

i guess he was too much for me to handle

now he's just a guy i use to know

Every time i was with him i was a better me, he came and changed my life completely, I'm still living without him each and everyday, if he only knew how much I've been praying to go back in time and let him stay.
