I would say this poem is about never giving up cause whatever it is you want will come to you in a timing.

Cry, cry little baby don't sleep

i guess this is how he wanted you to keep

don't worry the right one is coming soon

you just gotta stop counting the stars 

and take the moon.

Don't give up,

keep trying

I'm sure tomorrow you wouldn't be crying

God will send a angel to wipe away all your tears

so tonight i want you to cry away all your fears

cause by tomorrow the pain from all those years

would be taken care of

by the one who cares.

So

Smile, smile little baby 

and stop crying

the time hasn't come

for you to stop trying ..!
