Never ForgottenA Poem by ROXANE DORSEY
Pop, pop what a shame,
'dem bullets had no name. Missed it's mark again. Made a mother cry out, sin. I feel for her within. You destroyed a generation and opened the door for hatred. The blood spilled gave me the chills, moved my nerves to anxiety. Silently I hurt and must say good-bye to the little man I did not know. Soon I'll wipe these tears from my eyes. And tomorrow the sun will shine to show his doing fine.
