Nursery Rhymes old school time.

Nursery Rhymes old school time.

A Poem by ROXANE DORSEY

Missssssss Marrrrrrry  Met, Met, Met
all dress'd in black, black, black
wit silver buttons, buttons, buttons
all down her back, back, back.
She ask'd her mother, mother, mother
for fifteen cents, cents, cents
to see the elephants.
She went to the front line, line, line
to get inside, side, side.
It was a fence, fence, fence.
She jump'd so high, high, high.
she never came back, back, back
til the fourth of July, lie, lie.
Uncle Fred, Fred, Fred
fell out the bed, bed, bed
on a piece of corn bread, bread
bread.
