Abstract Individualism

Abstract Individualism

A Poem by TTBoy28

Mirror my motions

though my speech you cannot

Latching on will not captivate me

but will only feel me and not be me

And while my esophagus reverberates old

messages and tones learned

only my mind knows what is next

Feel me and want not to be me

My spur of the moment and whimsical traits

may be more than you can handle

Strength is what peers back from the reflective glass

Only it is what is shattered

but by its reflection

No static

A pendulum of ready steadiness

No static
A pendulum of ready steadiness

. indeed, very thought-provoking ... plus ... i've never seen the pendulum deployed thus ... or even perceived thus ...
