RealizeA Poem by TTBoy28Doctors say it’s one thing Can’t quite put a finger on it Things aren’t always what they seem Some way we’ll find a hit
When things get worse Hope for the best Don’t see it as a curse Play the game, and then pass the test
Seeing someone through your own eyes Makes you see how we really are Just realize It can happen, no matter who you are
Man on crutches Woman in a wheelchair Pain has them in clutches Some say it just ain’t fair
Child born Shaking his head A mother scorned and torn Can’t stop crying and seeing red
When hunger strikes It hits so hard Like broadcasting shame over mics What’s the value of your own card?
Time and patience heals none Can you do more than sympathize? Think about your own run Go inside, realize © 2013 TTBoy28 |
