Carla, Baby

Carla, Baby

A Poem by TTBoy28

Clickety Clickety

 Clack Clack

What pretty monster fell

from the track

She painted herself

 so neatly and sweet

Under the bed or the closet

 do all spoils meet

One, two

 so many more

My how the floor

 does score

Accidental falls

 or jaunts against the wall

Excuses and bruises

 accuses only ruses

Nice little grin

 she does so well

Again and again

 they pray for Hell

She has a mother and

 even a father somewhere

One or the other

 they can no longer care

To brush against a fence

 is ample defense

The girl they despise

 with crocodile cries

She eats the weak

or so to speak

The snake to their charm

With an outlook so bleek

 She inherits the meek

and silently promises harm

. ohhh ... i am a little astonished ... what happened to carla ? ... why won't her parents care ? ... she seems like she has a lot of potential to not be harmful ... i want to adopt a girl child from an orphanage one day and call her aparajita which means she who cannot be defeated ...
