Where Will I Go?

Where Will I Go?

A Poem by TTBoy28

Where will I go

when I don't want to leave

Will the leaves on the trees

continue to rustle

Will the squirrels slow to gather food

What will I be a part of

as the clouds continue to form

Will the eagle soar lower and pass on

 obvious prey?

Where will I go

When the Psalms can no longer be

heard even on the doorsteps of the

Lord's house

And bibles are used no longer

Who will meet me

When I am ready to state my claim of

being dispensable on a piece of land

that hates and negates life

Though I may not be ready to go

Where will I go?
