What The Lonely Do

What The Lonely Do

A Poem by TTBoy28

Solitaire is played

 not as a game

but for reasons that no one

 will stare

to show that they do not care

With a Virgo complex

 everything is in order

 in hopes of winning

But winning not as a game

 but for the adventure

  of fooling one's self that

no one sees the lonely girl

easing away from the cards dealt her

 and peering into a world

that wants to give her what her perfectly

 aligned cards can't

She will get attention

 and to keep that excitement

she will treat it as if it is an

adventure

The truth shall set you free. I try to be adventurous. I am spontaneous. I love nature but love to write only about personal events. You can tell when something is made up. It could still sound g.. more..
