The Bohemian named Gypsy

The Bohemian named Gypsy

A Poem by TTBoy28

                         Never coy to his lovers

and they bared all to him and for him

All urged to be in his presence for his mysticism

                          kept joy inside them

and in time no one questioned his skills

                           to father

and his prowess never delivered any two the same

Men from all around praised his presence

for they knew loneliness would soon leave

                            their beloved household

and hold their house together with a proud fortune

by the teller who never had to tell a thing

                            knowing the needs of all

                             his swaddling clothes

                               were never soiled

He kept the joy inside them

And though he came to them

                                they came and were healed

With peace, love, and happiness in the air

      his departure was mirrored

Though they closed the door to the town

he had installed a doorbell just for his return
