Black, Black man

Black, Black man

A Poem by TTBoy28

Black, Black man

He’s Blacker than night

And likes to use the N-word

To call out those so unlike him

It bothers him that they don’t

 Return the favor

He’s Blacker than night

 And even the nighttime

 shows him no love

The daylight frolics

 To burn his soul

He’s Blacker than night

 But times have still changed

 The Speech lives within him

And nothing he has is good or

  Good enough

He’s Blacker than night

  Though alone he stands
