When their feelings crunch and their power is anchored by a clutch

JUST sometimes anyone might need a hug 

When everyone is giving them a drag 

We grow to fast , Master all our emotions just at a dusk 

Endeavored in all societal

Influence and churched in the sinister adorn

We slightly change our appearance

And there on a sense of reason is gone 

Your Sense of empathy dissolve

Your good Will revolves

Hate become your accord 

Your resentment feels foretold 

And inside you feel yourself

Missing on a good lord maybe just sometimes everyone prays 

Regardless what our emotions portrays..

Lord may just sometimes everyone could see 

That I need help, through you can't see .

I'm not brave as you think I might be 

Behind my smile,I hide my fear sometimes it's hard to feel strong here 

I try to show courage in all that I do 

But at times I'm weak and feel Lost too you see me standing tall and proud

But sometimes life feels heavy and loud 

Just sometimes,I want to let go 

And say I'm not strong don't have the glow

In quiet moment when no one is near 

My worries and doubt make everything unclear

If I stumbled don't turn away

I'm just a person finding my way 

I'm learning it's okay to not always be bright

Sometimes it's good to release the tight

In moments of doubt, when life feels unfair

I just need some one to show they care 

I'll take a deep breath,let the teenlson release

Because just sometimes I need little peace
