Year 3

Year 3

A Poem by Teri M

Peach pies and centipedes,
and a lock that I broke
on the first day that
we never got around
to fixing.
Broken plates,
and the four of us, and
singing
in the kitchen.
And I'd put Laura Palmer to
shame if they
found what I was
keeping here;
so I don't keep a diary anymore.
This I learned from her.
