Just a bit of fun, written at 3am

Dear Feminine Side;

 

We haven’t spoke in very long

And I haven’t written you much

And so I write you this letter

In an attempt to keep in touch

I’ve been too busy being manly -

Watching football, and shaving, and such.

 

At least I try to keep in touch

For whatever the gesture’s worth

You’ve never bothered, all these years,

That I’ve been living on this earth

Since that day, so long ago, when

We were separated at birth.

 

Not that I mind, I’m just concerned;

You; living out there all alone

For all I know you’re dead or worse

Hence why you’ve never bothered to phone -

Everyone knows you can’t survive

Without some test-er-os-terone.

 

Though I sure could’ve used your help

With women and their girliness

If you ever want to help out,

Explain via return address.

Till then, the world will have to cope

With all this rugged manliness.

Lot’s of manly stuff needs doing -

Matches to watch, mums to protect
