OthersA Poem by Alvin L. KathembeFor the xenophobe. They fly in the face of our majority Challenge our superiority Have nothing to do with them, son - They are not like us. These leeches burden us with their dependence Ham’s cursed descendants They booby-trap our paths Ishmaelian outcasts They’re the enemy, they don’t like us They’re freak shows, they’re not like us No interactions allow Nor their cursed steps follow Lest you catch their colour… From the albino abominations And disfigured aberrations Stay away and keep your distance Lest you’re infected with their pestilence And for those sinners frail with AIDS Spare no compassion, no aid Lock the crazies away in vaults Far away from us decent folk… They’re a fire that devours Born of satanic powers Those with bodies not like ours… We are the five percent, the chosen A race of gods among men We are your superiors, your betters For we have Aryan ancestors All blacks are idiots, and shallow Asians are stupid as they’re yellow We must destroy these white demons And these greedy Jewish devils The responsibility lies with all of us For genocides and holocausts To purify this earthly host… The world is like a painting From a Master Painter’s brush Who used a different colour To portray each one of us… That’s why every one of us Stands out amidst the Universe - Who would want to deface a masterpiece Or straighten the tower of Pisa? Who’d want to black out a field of flowers Or whitewash the Mona Lisa? Revel in our world’s diversity It’s like an organism, composed of different cells How can I know that I am me If there is no-one else?? © 2012 Alvin L. KathembeReviews
