ZombieheadA Poem by T.K. ClayJust ugh.
As I look to my left
And I look to my right I'm afraid to say It's day And not yet night. Because when the sun goes down So too can my head Down on a pillow Where my thoughts can be dead. But when I wake My thoughts will be zombies Loved ones, now monstrous Reach for my brain My body My fun They're hungry And brutal I just wish I had a thought shotgun. Soon I will be like The zombies in my head Who bite And gnaw And rip And shred Ugly And slow And miserable And dead. © 2014 T.K. ClayFeatured Review
