Reincarnated love

I have loved you a million lifetimes and followed you through the stars, I have faulted all my soul's worth to encounter you once more, to see your love unfold. 

Never have I ever chased anything so mighty and grand, Never shall I ever be in the presence of something so magnetic. 

 And yet here I stand, completely naked and vulnerable, hoping that you can see what my soul carries A fire so mighty, so gracious, and so bold, only to have you flock to it like a moth to a flame. 

With every breath, I whisper your name into the night, A song of longing that echoes across time and space, For in your arms, I have found my eternal light, A love that no lifetime could ever erase. 

Though the heavens may tear us apart, And the stars may lose their gleam, I know that in the depths of my heart, You are the keeper of my most cherished dream. 

So I shall wait, in this lifetime or the next, For the moment our souls collide once again, For a love that is timeless and beautifully complex, A love that transcends the limits of men.
