I AM

I am in awe of your skin-the way the melanin is so perfect, how the Sun glows off your essence, and how you look when it shines on you. All I want to do is be surrounded by its warmth, wrapped up in your scent, touched by your ambiance.

 

I am enchanted by your smile-the way you look at me when you are happy, how it lights up your face when you hear my voice, and how I can hear your smile through the phone when we speak.  How those dimples beam every time you grin.

 

I am engulfed by your desire-the way it traps me in your lust, how it makes my love below run like the river Jordan, how you fill me with nothing but your hot passion, how I’m swallowed by your very essence of fire and desire.

 

I am smitten by your touch-the way you caress my body and my soul, how you hold my heart in your hands, the way you pull at my heart’s strings and stoke my neck, how you pull my hair and grab my thighs, when our eyes lock, and your fingers glide along my back.

 

I am bewitched by your kiss-how soft and gentle you hold me, yet aggressive and hungry when our lips lock, how you let me know how much you desire me just with your lips, and I crave you more than anything life could offer to keep me alive.

 

I am longing for you-whenever I cannot be with you or around you, how I feel the minutes and hours pass by like a lifetime sentence without daylight or food, like a starless night without a moon, like flowers that never bloom, how my breath is suffocated without your kiss of life.

 

I am proud of you-how you strive to be the best version of yourself every day, how you are willing to lead and be led, how you soothe me and make me feel safe and secure, and how you articulate your thoughts to express exactly how I make you feel, how you show your intelligence and your eagerness to learn more.

 

I am in love with you-the way you reassure me with your words and actions, how you make love to me, how you never seem to get tired of my endless rambling, how you support my creative process and encourage me to keep doing it, how you love my cooking and how you accept my level of care for you.

 

I AM ALL ABOUT YOU. I love you.
