Summer Time

Summer Time

A Poem by TINCIETWO1963

From the rolling hills of Tennessee

To the foot hills of Kentucky

Flowers bloom

Animals graze

Bridges over streams

Birds chirp

Frogs holler

All through the night

Sweet smell of summer

Butterfly's fly

Bees swarm

All the flowers are bright

Night owls hoot

Fire pits brighten our lives

It is summer time

Through the mountain sides

Sweet summer time

Is glistening through the trees

Author's Note

TINCIETWO1963
I have ten years of poems wrote. I am wanting to put them into songs. But there is a way to many to put on writers café. I want to leave them to my children. When I leave this world. I hope someday. They will be published for the whole world to enjoy.
