Loves Sweet Tendrils

Loves Sweet Tendrils

A Poem by Aurora Dawn

Distance is so bitter,
You think it as none.
The love so sweet,
It never is done.

For neither a vast void,
Nor a wide trench,
Could keep it at bay.
The loves sweet tendrils,
Lasts Day by Day.

i relate to this...having had many long distance relationships...and being in one now...

it is a day to day thing...can the tendrils hold us? good question...

title should be "Love's Sweet Tendrils"

absence does make the heart grow fonder...but i think long distance works well if there is constant contact.

I'd say, it was nice to see the never breaking bonds of love be compared to the ever growing tendrils for whom, no distance to grow, or crawl is too great, though slow and steady! Nice write!
