True Happiness

I met a girl who means the world to me <3.

At first, I thought happiness was as about real as the tooth fairy.
The thought of a woman sneaking in your room at night is kinda scary,
Or maybe being blithe was just as real as "God".
An excuse for forgivenss after the killer raped a broad.
Then I met you, a whole change of perspective,
A disconnection of depression, left me a man who kept guessing,
Taking steps in your direction, sent from heaven, baby, you're a blessing.
Out came all of my deepest confessions, I learned the greatest of all lessons.
You get me feeling higher than cocaine,
Bringing me up, making me happy, you take away all the pain,
So the pain exits the membrane,
I'm so crazy for you, I start to go insane.
I only took one blow of you, and I'm addicted in the brain.
And I'll get you fixed like a dog, 'cause you man's best friend,
And there's no hope involved, I know I'll be with you 'til the end.
When I'm with you, baby, this earth is feeling like heaven.
Only a year go by, but it's feeling like seven.
So, finally I know what true happiness feels like.
Not all alone, staring at the ceiling, wishing I'd just die at night.
But now it's all right, I went through that plight.
I went through the fight, but, baby, now I see the light.
Your sunshine shines bright over my darkness.
Now the feelings I got for you, I wear them as a harness.
You're the light that guides me, the feeling that's inside me,
Come on, baby, try me. You already defied me.
Because you shape me everyday like a Jello mold,
Waiting to behold the stories of others that have yet been told.
And you've taken the cold, and turned it to heat
Now you're the true happiness the belies inside of me
So if someone tells you, you can never be happy,
Smack the m**********r and tell him to take a look at me.
