![]() FeeblenessA Poem by Terrence Chang
I am an old and feeble man
But I have the experience That is farther than any youngsters I was hilarious to the things That I have done in the past For now I am old and feeble man Time will never come back So now I am sitting Sitting in my rocking chair As memories is just a smog As I am smoking with the pipe I once conquered the world Conquered them with my talents But now I am an old and feeble man As amnesia amputates my talents I am just a bird A bird who lost its apt to fly There were times when I was in joy And times when I was in rue But time has snatched away Beyond the scope of my touch A cycle of being in every human I have become as weak as an infant As I am preparing for a new rove I take no possession in this journey As feeble man turns into a young soul And St Peter opens the heaven's door I walked in saying "Amen Amen Amen" © 2015 Terrence ChangAuthor's Note
