If I Was...

If I was bad person

I would take my revenge

And made sure that no one

Could stand against me

If I was an evil person

I would not let anyone

To be happy and free

And slaughter all hope

If I was a psychopath

I would kill all humanity

And made sure a cry of pain

As blood drips from my dagger

If I was a grim ripper

I would sow the seeds of death

Let every humanity suffer

And create a tombstone for all

If I was the devil

I would only breathe sulphur

And let the blood mist flow

Like a god killed in heaven

But I am not that kind of a person

I have my morals and value

I carry my character

Annihilating the evil thought

The character of a person is so important; you are right. I loved the way, you continually built the poem, giving readers the visual of bad, evil, psycho, reaper: My favorite is this stanza: very creative and love the ending too. Great writing. Thank you so much! Dale

You Are Right!!! Mr. Chang philosopher....I read a lot and I was reading about character awhile back: Abraham Lincoln Said something like give someone power; their true character shows: Now I need to find out what Gaudi said about character,,,Deeprok Chopra was on TV last night; Indians have a unique philosophy about life....the teaching are beautiful. I respect all cultures views! We have to try...always and just be HUMANS.
