The Sweet Revenge

The Sweet Revenge

A Poem by Terrence Chang

Past is past
Dead is dead
I always get the cold bed
I waited for your reaction
To see your heart in fraction
The moment you sever the tie with me
I am not going to listen so let it be
Look into my eye
And see the wrath in the sky
For it is your doing
Now I throw your belongings
As you may cry
And set yourself to dry
For all I care
You are not worthy to try

I loved it. It has an angry tone; really hurt - the moment you sever the tie with me I am not going to listen so let it be. Good writing. Thank you. Dale

you are welcome my friend
I love it! It's so true that we spend to much valuable time on peeps and things that
just do not matter at all, I like the anger in that stanza, look into my eye and see
the wrath of the sky, that got me exited, thanks for sharing.
