Goodbye my Friend

I lost my friend 3 years ago. I still cannot forget him. So I have written a poem for him. May his soul R.I.P

I say goodbye to a friend of mine
As the world turns blind.
Forgetting someone is hard to deal
My tears is not ment to touch the soil
Holding myself to the situation
But my sorrow cuts me down.
The memory of my friend
Never seems to fade
As fresh as yesterday.
Time is not healing my sadness.
I could do nothing for him
Only say my prayers for his peace.
