A Poem of Fluff (On Tap #2)

A Poem of Fluff (On Tap #2)

A Poem by Andrainea Silverlite
"

Something light and corny sounding.

"
Love is the color of sapphire skies.
    A most dangerous high.

Love lays in wait
    With luscious, tempting bait.

To snag your most unsuspecting soul
And fly you to heaven's toll.

There you lay upon cloud nine
Gazing upon which you call mine.

Your heart resounds a breathless sigh
    To be so deeply satisfied.

Oneness with two
And a quiet, I Love You.

Softly murmured upon fluff
    And white downy stuff.

Two lovers with hearts intertwined
    With two deep red lines,

That say, forever in thine
    Is forever of mine.

Author's Note

Andrainea Silverlite
This is most definitely out of my comfort zone. It has punctuation. It rhymes and it is a couplet format. These are things you will hardly ever see me do. If ever. So, sorry if it sounds... bad. ^^;
