The Desired Haiku

The Desired Haiku

A Poem by Andrainea Silverlite
"

I just had to write a poem that was centered around the Haiku rules.

"

I look out to see

To see you staring at me

My heart beats faster

I can see you there

Standing there in the doorway

My lips part slowly

I wonder at you

Your thoughts, your feelings, your pain

My mind slowly sings

I feel your soft touch

Gentle does it graze my skin

Soft like downy dew

I sigh so softly

As I begin to desire

The taste of your lips

Lips lock with desire

Soft mewling noises begin

While hands roam around

Deeper the desire

Goes as we begin to dance

The old song of love

Passions end slowly

As the night wears thin and dawn

Begins to rise up

About
Felt like changing this up a bit. I am 28 years old and I have a passion for writing. I know what I write is really amateurish in nature, but I strive each day to become better at what I love. R.. more..
