Painting, "Thistles" by Ann Blockley
Watercolour, I would imagine without stir, A more frequent dangling of the situation Unkempt is yet a somewhat doubt, a blur; It would oscillate enough to find mutation. Poetic licence this, to prepare this morph Belligerently accepts what is - what’s not, As tuft, the feathered frill, this tiny dwarf Grew from bright, did plain to see.., allot. Merely hillside as one enjoys, to replicate; The trees, are thistles these, whose magic, Assures us to what charade it will connate. Natures zest to implode upon what’s tragic. The vulgar realm of in between, a patience, TIME so tells us, “let’s be jolly”, the light It's to see below, an excellent acquaintance, Nonsense, something wrong about it right! It seems flattery is sensed but one’s denial This would be stage of rigid in between, it’s Swelter roots divulge from mind, the phial - It spills, the artist’s yearn to find those bits. The clearness of the thistle, now it seems, To implement what's movement at the edge, A somewhat driven hardiness like streams, Lead knowingly to darkness, seen as sedge. © 2019 Titus |
