Kadupul [Epiphyllum] - Acrostic

Kadupul [Epiphyllum] - Acrostic

A Poem by Titus
"

Explaining plants and their flowers in ways to give a human side

"

illa ludit virginitas

Keeps alone as the elongated moment,

All of a sudden unfolds were to apprise

Directive, to hesitate our first surprise,

Unduly the tern of phase, 'our torment’

Pulleying from bed sheets, as we are led

Upon whisper, fine fragrance it mellows

Lazing in, whilst subtle stretch is misread.

Enshrined by beauty a duty as bedfellows

Permits we are offhand to feel flimsy deft,

Inquisitive fingers to lift lightly the hours,

Perhaps if morning still, of night ‘twas left?

Head upon pillow seems as long the hours

Yearnings suffer this time, it takes to wake

Little things she'd reach for the tiny sarong

Limits our inhibitions, her self-love to make

Ulterior wise a choice, our paradise it plays,

Maybe, with mind transfixed, on her delays.
