HIM

HIM

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

and as you sat there, asking me too many times,
I sat there confirming to myself, that you would not find out.
feeling bad for your belief, the same you felt that February.
Where had he gone and why - because it's happening to frequent,
for any of our likings. At the time where they spoke to me, He is life,
he is not, you have to pray for it. When I couldn't. sweet nausea, heated prayers.
Hatred filling my heart - where were You then. And as you sat there, saying to me:
you seem to have recreated yourself, you gave me hope in what you said - the first time, for quite some time. That I did and I am and I had, and it will go on. So to stay on at one who left, it wouldn't be apt to 'forgive' God, I may as well go to Hell for that. The only feeling is that it is over.

'Death was just a simple glance across a dim lit room And those eyes did it Those three words did it Those three words killed him And I surrender to it all Between you and me, I surrender to you .. more..
