Pavements

Pavements

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

I like the way, you get me up in the morning,
no need for signs to ignore them,
after all it's worth.
and you say, about each time it defeats
me,
for you know.
And I got a way, a little to take it,
while we walk down the pavements
scorching pneumonic cold.

'Death was just a simple glance across a dim lit room And those eyes did it Those three words did it Those three words killed him And I surrender to it all Between you and me, I surrender to you .. more..
