A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

I'm taking from other's words, they jot them down
and how do we know
are they real, romantic predictions
that I shouldn't be listening to..
my guilty pleasure,
I guess it's that you bring me hope
when all else is lost
as if some predictable silver lining -
I know you'll always be there
as I crave your words,
hoping there will be something special waiting for me tomorrow.

Simple structure, complex implications. Bravo, you are a grand writer. :)

yeah....know this feeling. I'm a reader....a thought thief...an emotion embezzler....a constant eavesdropper...and a word junky.

"I know you'll always be there
as I crave your words,
hoping there will be something special waiting for me tomorrow."

yes.

'Death was just a simple glance across a dim lit room And those eyes did it Those three words did it Those three words killed him And I surrender to it all Between you and me, I surrender to you .. more..
