You are your own Shame

You are your own Shame

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

decipher between,
the liars else,
there is, may be, haven't we all been known to
tremble at the thought of the truth, trigger,
take sarcastic bites with venomous
stares; others walking by, at the idea
of them finding out. We're all liars,
right now, you. letting me eye you down
while, shamefully I have you under my spell,
remove walking away, for you're captured in my line,
this vision of unruly.. quaking at the thought of,
what you've now done. It'll build up in you, that guilt,
you know. And as they come for you, sweet one
they see. Every time, they see
they know what you've become.
Why not take it off now, before it's too late
your skin, need be shed, depart,
departed in deathly triumphs and keep pride
it's already wandering sidely,
evening, daily and tearsome it follows, wiltering
fingers unable to fold, their joints together
frozen cartilage and fleshly miracles consuming the mind,
your insides, it'll take you all away.

About
'Death was just a simple glance across a dim lit room And those eyes did it Those three words did it Those three words killed him And I surrender to it all Between you and me, I surrender to you .. more..
