Wax

Wax

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

silent whispers scarcely describe,
your initiation swallowed up
with hope that deteriorated so long ago
falling further into separation.
Take a destined walk, the path you've been put on
and let it take you, fate trickles
boiled black oil-wax
chasing oxygen down your throat
and while you consume the taste
absorbed, lips to mouth sighing frozen
desperation, rash tongue pierces regret
a moment and it's over, model of wax
your feelings are none.

Author's Note

What happened to simple old me?
Take that moment; timeless reaction ticks over, again... just wait till you're frozen, wax and no more will it be so.

this is pure and powerful...around line 6 you take it to a-WHOLE-nother level!

starting with the wax....and that last line is like a snake bite.

brilliant man.
