Gone

Gone

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

agony, agony, fade away,
I still tell you to stay, so far away.
Just that morning, I knew
knew something was wrong,
admit not, for belief of it turns you to stone.
The pain, and mine grief, does it mirror,
not yours.
You left once,
would again,
though came back not you, walk
How I pain for the company of two.
Myself, I do not feel, numb
thoughts remain, not as bad,
thrice as sad as once did dismal dismay
I had March, name it June and lead then 'till July,
baby baby, my sweetheart then tore my heart fine.
Blooded strands, muscle tends, tender sore tears
of what once was.
a tale, fiery fear, leave me left of the pier.

About
'Death was just a simple glance across a dim lit room And those eyes did it Those three words did it Those three words killed him And I surrender to it all Between you and me, I surrender to you .. more..
