Blank parchment

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

dotted ink letters
tapping keys, pelt down
every moment, crisp sound
If only it would write
what I want it to say.
End, stops stain the page
black words
nothing of interest
as it's not what I want to hear.

writers block or just the frustration of being an artist and not being ready to spit the harder and deeper thoughts on the page? Either way...I understand. Sometimes it's a b***h to take ink and create anything like the poetry whirling in our minds. It's like standing in the stream and trying to catch little fish with bare hands. the thoughts squirm away too easily. another enjoyable read my friend.
cheers!
