Faint

Faint

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

you can't begin to feel the pain I feel
remorse laps tidily as waves blanketing
rough grain, burning through graze
as bleak disdain bleeds weakly out.

Warm chills keep away the cold truths,
and wrap me up in precious heats
of anger that so willingly make their way
into my mouth, through words I speak
if any at all may be around
I bid them leave this dawning moon.

About
'Death was just a simple glance across a dim lit room And those eyes did it Those three words did it Those three words killed him And I surrender to it all Between you and me, I surrender to you .. more..
