Red innocence

Red innocence

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?
"

Such a delicate creature, protected by its shell, which appears rusty, the finest metal, thin, so far uncorrupted.

"
If you, my love, you take back Sunday,
seeming-less in the eyes of,
As fiery ladybirds do sing
whence five black dots, crawling
curled plastic wings raise,
fall screeching down.
All but one, too late.

About
'Death was just a simple glance across a dim lit room And those eyes did it Those three words did it Those three words killed him And I surrender to it all Between you and me, I surrender to you .. more..
