Summer Kiss

Summer Kiss

A Poem by What happened to simple old me?

Dreams are just for dreamers, baby you're my realist.
While you took me in your arms,
bent down over, on my lips.
Your kiss as sweet as lemon grass,
a tender sort of bliss,
I long again a summer night,
one where you gave me this.

'Death was just a simple glance across a dim lit room And those eyes did it Those three words did it Those three words killed him And I surrender to it all Between you and me, I surrender to you .. more..
